No longer a plant cuck

>Recently switched to an all meat diet.
>Feel fucking fantastic, no lack of energy thus far.

Did I miss something? Why do so many people feel like they need carbs? Is this the future or is my autism flairing up?

Pic related, macros for the day.

post your meals for the day

Where are you getting your vitamin C from?

I hate vegans but you are fucking retarded if you are on an all meat diet

carbs are a must if you give a shit about your performance in the gym

Vitamin c, fiber, potassium... go get a bag of spinach and eat it. Just shovel it in, you don't need to fry it in meat fat.

You need a lot more fat. Also, you be eating raw meat if you want electrolytes/trace minerals since those are water soluble.

Post your pic with height/weight
You need carbs to become a big man

and organ meats especially if you want to be even close to hitting your micros

I did a week of carnivore diet, felt fine but I missed having a variety of foods.

Breakfast
>4 eggs
>4 slices of bacon

Lunch
>2 90/10 beef patties /w American cheese

Dinner
>12oz center cut steak

This is what peak dieting looks like. Whether you want to accept that, is on you. I’m no longer an FDA cuck and not even trolling, I feel great. Lifts are getting stronger every session.

Caveman got jacked off straight up meat. We’re carnivores. Stop trying to cuck yourself with muh vitamins and muh carbs. Try it.

Yeah forgot to mention that. Also for calcium, sardines with bones are a good option and raw milk is an excellent source; don't be afraid of the carbs in milk, liver has some carbs too.

Nah that's pretty shitty. I bet you're eating all conventional meats and store eggs. Those factory animals store all their toxins in their fat; you better buy some organic pastured fatty meat or some wild caught fatty fish. Not to mention that cheese is synthetic as fuck. I give you 2 months before you start having really high blood pressure.

>it worked for cavemen!
Cavemen lived short and brutal lives. Not always because they were hunting and fighting, but because a broken tooth could mean a painful infection that lead to death.

Malnutrition is an obvious and avoidable problem. I hope you're not underageb& stunting your growth. But if you're an adult, then by all means, be a human guinea pig. Maybe you'll develop a rare medical condition and we'll learn something cool.

Cavemen died at 35 and didn't live in a warm house with a computer. Time to go live in the woods and forage for your food, Ongo Bongo.

do u have any meta analysis to back the health benefits up?
Is eskimo mode the final redpill?

>be healthy cavemen who never experienced any of the modern deseases, live up to 70 but get killed when wild creature attacks village
>2 year old also gets killed because of high infant mortality rate
>some soyboy in the future takes the average or 70 and 2 and comes up with 36 as the average life expectancy
>yfw

Tell that to this guy

You're a retard for thinking cavemen only ate meat to begin with.

What is app?

>he thinks he can get enough calories from nuts, seeds, and fruit in the wild
Fucking idiot, in Europe those foods are pretty much nonexistent in the winter.

>posts a pic of a man at the gym during an exercise

Irrelevant

You need to do more research on that subject.

Eskimos don't exactly have a long life expectancy, and have an abnormally rate of cancer

You can't be this stupid. Scientists can tell the age of "cavemen" when they died. Other research has been done that factors out infant mortality. Humans don't naturally live that long, or else there would be just as many old people as there were any other age group of people -- which is beginning to be a thing only recently.

>be healthy cavemen who never experienced any of the modern deseases
Yeah, they died of polio or measles, or some other outdated shit we don't even think about but would be a death sentence back then. Herbal medicine has been found inside dead prehistoric ancestors who had diseases, but wasn't found in counterparts who were healthy when they died. This means they had diseases back then, and even attempted to treat/cure them.

Stop talking if you aren't interested in a real discussion of ideas. You are an intellectual white-belt. Go shove your narrative elsewhere. It's obvious you aren't open to learning anything here, to think better and become a better person

>lemme just tell you what I think without using any science to back my claim nor any counter examples that dismiss your argument
Fuck off to r/vegan you dumb faggot.

you better be drinking the blood and eating the organ meats+marrow or you're gonna fuckin die.

That’s Shawn Baker you uneducated swine. He also embraces the carnivore diet. Look him up.

>Demands science from a reply to his thread
>Provides no science, but makes an entire thread

What are you trying to get out of this thread? Trying to forget how lonely life is and pathetic your social skills are, so just acting like an aggressive little brat on the internet?

Here come more curse words. You're a real edgy, tough guy, aren't you kiddo?

>that 30 years old guy calling someone kiddo
