Yes it decreased a bit for me too but feels more balanced and controllable at the same time. So I'm not worse off. Most changes occured to my mindset and are like "you are not entitled to orgasms for 'innocent' pleasure, they may happen when two people connect", "women are not just a tool to get off but real humans" and some more.
