Either get it cut or pray it eventually snaps back
Not getting that fat in the first place helps the most.
Dry fasting helps with loose skin, but in cases like in the pic you need surgery,
congrats on the weight loss. shouldnt you be able to have it surgically removed or some shit? i no nothing about loose skin, never been a fatlet.
If you have that much just get surgery. If you have less than that try to use dermaroller and a shit ton of vitamin E oil.
Also fasting.
>lose it SLOW, very important.
Also do it while lifting so muscles fill the space and you can minimize the loose skin.
But no matter what you do... If you are like mordbidly obese by BMI standards, you will have loose skin unless you are a genetic freak and you'll have to go under the knife, you will look good after surgery if it happens to be your case
Dry fast
Only way
dry fast for a few days
Surgery isn't even that expensive, anything bellow 10k dollaroos should be easy to save up for during the year you will be cutting.
do you have the bollywood human cannonball one?
well, hindsight is your mom
/thread
your torso looks so depressed, why does it hate life so much?
fast
You should be proud of yourself bro
But I don’t know what to tell you other than surgery.
Go on test and make lifting your focus. Also, take biotin. I used to sit at 170lbs. I ballooned up to 250lbs and dropped down to 210lbs but 13% body fat and my skin is tight. I lost 6" off of my waist even though it was only 45lbs because so much muscle was added. I highly recommend this route.
rub yourself with coconut oil every single day, 100% serious
Fasting
Surgery
Bio oil
Coconut oil
Literally nothing else to help it
SUNTAN, SUNTANT, SUNTAN but wear sunscreen.
I got the same problem. Here is a scientific paper on something called collagen peptides. I'm too stupid to know what any of it means. I don't know if you eat it, rub it on your skin or shove it up your ass. If you figure it out let me know.
/fast/ing cures everything
How slowly should you lose weight to mitigate loose skin? I'm lifting 3 days a week and I'm eating anywhere from 1500 to 2500 calories a day, not fasting or doing too much of a calorie deficit. Started off at 320 lbs at 6 feet this January, currently 277 lbs. Goal is to get to 240 lbs and then I'll decide what I want to do from there.
>fast
Not OP, but I just lost 10 pounds (290) and when people say fasting to help with loose skin, should I fast after losing certain amount of weight, then back to regular diet? once I lose X amount of weight, and start fasting again?
Lets say for example, every 20 pounds I should fast for X amount of days then back to regular diet?
fast until you are your goal weight.
you will have lose skin at your weight no matter what, fucking brainlet. Lose the weight as quick as you can and get surgery
