Am I fucked boys? I got a workout routine, micro-manage everything I eat, I get my sleep. All this work, and I go from a fat manlet to a guy who looks like he's wearing the skin of a slightly bigger guy.
It's not fair! I put in the work, I want my fucking Chad-status right now!

my cousin did something similiar to this (he was also 14 but went from 250 to 160 so not as extreme) and he looks 100% normal now. The loose skin problem went away for him after he bulked to about 200.

That is currently the goal. (At my lowest is was like 175 when I stopped focusing on weight loss, now 190)
And I'm sure it would help with my arms and my chest, but I'm worried it won't do anything to fix the loose gut, or the little cushion that's been hovering around my dick for almost 3 years.

You still look better than obese, make sure to concentrate on getting strong, if you can get to 225 bench without ggaining much body fat you will have filled up

Its really not as bad as i was thinking and since you caught yourself before you totally went full boogiemode you still have a chance. All I can suggest is to keep lifting all the time and see how it is in another year. Plus you're really young so your body may recover from this easily.

Well thanks for the advice/encouragement. It's been bugging me for years so it's nice to get some outside, and experienced thoughts instead of just googling ambiguous shit every week to make sure I'm not wasting my time going at it wrong. Much appreciated.

Just YouTube orthrotopics/mewing there's loads of information, it's basically correcting you're mouth posture to help give face gains, by looking at your image I can see you need it, even if it doesn't help your posture you should still be nose breathing, have proper tongue posture and jeep mouth closed anyway

Clearly not lifting or eating enough. Switch one of your cardio days to keep lifting. If youve been working out and are on top of it like you say you are its time for protein or start eating a lot more chicken. Someone turned me to brining it was the best thing i can say someones ever done for me.
