Drink more water buddeh

Newfag.

Exertion headaches have nothing to do with hydration

Your program is shit, if you even have one. That only happened to me like my first week lifting cause I did whatever in the gym with heavier weights than I should.

Do SS if you wanna actually stop being a dyel

This.
Also can be caused bu incorrect breathing when exercising - at least I had that problem when starting out. Or because of stress due to lifting when I should have been preparing for exams, which happened quite a lot

I wake up, drink water, then go to the gym
cant be hydration

Doesn't feel like an exertion headache
Already had an MRI and bloodwork that came back normal

>exertion headaches
This isn’t a thing.
Drink more water fag

>SS

I've been lifting for almost a year now, my program isnt shit

Does it feel like a vein in your neck is about to burst and you're going to die of a brain aneurysm or something? I had this happen to me a few months ago while doing squats and it sort of lingered for a few weeks, and started up again if I did a heavy compound lift. It started when I went down ass to grass on the final rep of squats and as I was coming up I took a deep breath and held it on my way up and then I just felt the way I described above. I think it was either a breathing thing or a hydration thing for me because I worked on proper breathing technique and upped my water intake and it's gone away completely now. I've been lifting for over 2 years and it only happened to me over that short period about a few months ago, never had anything like it before that and so far nothing since.

This is about what it feels like. Only on the front left side of my head.
I'll get to drinking more water before working out and better breathing. Thanks.

I took this shitty brand of creatine that gave me massive headaches, if you are taking creatine stop, then by a better brand and start again in a week or so

He’s not getting exertion headaches. I do get headaches if I don’t drink enough.

Drink more water, and over a longer period of time. People absolutely suck at evaluating their own dehydration.

where? I dealt with various headaches too before and my mri too was fine. some actually were the byproduct of a sinus infection and lasted for maybe 6 month. if it's on the side of your head/ temple chances are you're pinching some nerve in your neck. I've experienced it twice before I thought I had aneurysm or was having a stroke or something.

how 2 get a gf like this forever?

left side of my head
get off Jow Forums to achieve qt3.14 waifus

how would they know im on Jow Forums

if you had a head mri with contrast done and it was fine, see if you can get a neck mri. other than nerve issues, you might just have tightened neck muscles causing the pain. pt always helps.

Diet to lower your blood pressure and drink more water, brah.

I do get the exact same pain but it happens to me when I deadlift. I don't wanna die.

oh is it front left side? always the same? that's cluster or migraine. the one I explained previously was more tension headaches. migraines might have a lot of causes and some unexplained. might not even be lifting related but the trigger point is in the trap muscle. cluster headaches are unexplained as well but said to be cause by your hypothalamus.

I got pain in the exact same area, front left, of my brain. I realised it was not breathing properly between reps - I was doing bench press at the time. I would recommend working on your breathing, making sure it is regular and consistent throughout your set.

t.lightweight soyboy

I once pulled a muscle in my neck doing squats somehow. I got headaches working out for like 2 or 3 weeks until I popped my neck back into place at the base of my head. Fucking sucked

Sleep more and drink more.
