Why would you do flat bench and then incline? Just do incline dumbbell, then dips and for accessory work, do cable flies so you get better contractions and don't tear your pecs or biceps.

DB flies were amazing for me, I got injured doing machine flies.

But honestly, cable flies are what works best. I like hitting them from 2 different angles a session.

Yeah flyes are incredible for pec size and they feel great. They can really tear the muscle up, even going light. If you've just been 3x5 benching and you do flyes for the first time you're going to be sore as fuck
