For me if the girl's under 21 I take her to a pastry spot near a park, go to the park and then escalate to a makeout if the vibe is there or leave if it isn't.
For over 21 its usually just drinks and dinner at a different spot, maybe a lounge if its the weekend but weekday night dates usually turn out bad for me for some reason.
