What’s your secret protein shake Jow Forums?
Mine is egg white protein (because I’m allergic to whey) 1
Tbsp of peanut butter, 1 banana, little bit of cinnamon, little bit of honey, 1 scoop of creatine and 1 scoop of bpaa. And some ice blended til smooth.

There are plenty of other types of protein powder. Have you measured how much this "secret" formulation gives you?

16 oz water
2 scoops unflavored casein
Creatine
Honey

Whey isolate
Skim milk

That's it.

I looked into it and egg whites give you the highest bioavailability compared to soy and pea protein which are the other ones I’m aware of. Yeah it seems to be working so far.

1 scoop creatine
2 cups whole milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
That's the base I'll add to if I'm feeling special
Peanut butter
Banana
Plain yogurt
Semen

1 scoop organic whey
200-250ml organic milk
cocoa powder to taste

shake it all up on a stainless steel shaker since it gets things cold as fuck(milk is taken from the fridge or I throw some ice cubes in there to chill it when shaking)

tastes fucking great, no work required.

other stuff is 1 scoop + 200-250ml milk + banana and strawberries, or strawberries and kiwi
all that good stuff, I've tried a bit of maca powder but it overpowers every taste

Literally just 2% milk and a whey/casein blend.

I use special vegan plant protein (no soy) that contains most of my nutrients as well. It’s like $80/40oz tub

Water + Protein makes me want to puke, Milk and protein is the best one.

Half cup heavy cream, half cup water, 4 eggs and a tablespoon of cocoa powder.

How the FUCK do I mix pb? I heard powdered pb but then I heard powdered has less calories. I want MORE calories thats the only reason pb is going in there along with olive oil.
With normal pb it clumps together which doesn't actually bother me that much but I'd prefer if it was consistent

So add more pb powder than you normally would regular peanut butter. The powder makes life so much easier.

I was doing this for months and just mixing with a spoon, would get huge clumps of powder and feel like vomiting after. Finally invested in a $5 shaker cup and now they aren't bad.

i can recommend adding a dash of cocoa powder

16oz shaker, fill half with milk, then scoop of whey, then fill rest with milk. This extra step prevents the whey from getting stuck at the bottom.

warm liquid, TONS of mixing/shaking or blending
