The actual solution is impossible to implement.
It's education. 80% of public teachers should be stripped of their teaching rights. Test based "learning" should be reformed. Curriculum shouldn't be mandated at a state level. The mentorship role of a teacher should be encouraged. "Tiger" parents who pressure educators and education boards because of their narcissistic college-gaming should be punished.
It's too late, though. A terrible set of trends bubbled up over the last several decades and fucked a lot of people over. It will have to destroy itself and an alternative way of learning/self-teaching come in its stead.
