Diet and exercise. I trust the matter is now settled and this thread can be pruned or deleted--certainly not archived though. OP, kindly skulk out of here like a coward so the thread may die in peace.

Do 2-3 cycles 500mg test/week for 10 weeks, then eat at maintenance and lift for the rest of your life
Wyatt Edwards
Just drinks gallons of sparkling water and black coffee. Dont work either.

I have cracked the code to this physique.
Even though you've just woken up, don't eat for another 8 hours. This increases fat mobilization, boosts mental alertness and has profound health benefits.
To blunt your hunger, drink sparkling water, 2-3 hours later drink black coffee. A very powerful appetite suppressant.
Intermittent fasting will be THE most powerful health discovery you'll ever make. It will make staying lean and building muscle E F F O R T L E S S.
It will boost your work productivity and will give you the freedom to eat like a king EVERYDAY. You'll simply feel FANTASTIC.
If it happens to be a workout day, hit the gym HARD. Only lift 3 times per week, this maximizes muscular and neural recovery and provides the fastest rate of strength GAIN.
Hone your training down to the essential movements, it will create the perfect physique and then becoming really strong at them.
For your key movements, ALWAYS perform your heaviest set first followed by two progressively lighter sets with full rest periods. This style of training will allow you to come into the gym STRONGER in EVERY session.

fresh pasta?
Robert Foster
am I an idiot if I think this sounds like great advice?

>For your key movements, ALWAYS perform your heaviest set first followed by two progressively lighter sets with full rest periods.
I've always done this, especially with squats. I don't see how anyone can "work up" to their heaviest set. By then, I'm already started to feel exhausted.
Jeremiah Gomez
You are an idiot if you didnt think thats good advice. Hive mind Jow Forums is real
Colton Nguyen

I guess I just don't understand what "fresh pasta?" means
Hudson Ward
Not surprising, seeing as the joke is that this is every fitness meme Jow Forums

Austin Powell
bulk for a year straight, then cut down to 12% body fat.
Christian Torres
You dont work up to your max by doing 20 rep sets.
Cooper Barnes
lol, I know what pasta means, but "fresh pasta" is implying that he just made up troll advice?

Explain what part of it is bad advice without just repeating how it's a meme.

Adrian Cruz
use amphetamines
Adam Wood
>Intermitten fasting for gains
not for gains, for fat loss
>sparkling water, coffee
zero calorie drinks, don't see the problem here
>feasting like a king
if you're really hungry, everything tastes better
>only lift 3 times a week
if you're natty, 3 heavy sessions per week sounds right
>only do this movements, this many times
doesn't say this anywhere
