my bottle of fish oil pills is about to run out should I refill or is it just a meme?

Only literal retards spend money on this garbage. Either do steroids or just eat good food.

Multivitamin, Zinc, Creatine, L-Carnitin. And on days I take longer runs: Magnesium and EAA.

Just started taking Mind Lab Pro today. Hoping I'll start feeling focused and more alert with improved memory over the next few weeks.

Does anyone have any experts with nootropics?

>BCAA
>Argi Pump
>Creatine
>Multivit
>Joint support
>HMB
>Q Booster
>All by Performance

Honestly don't know if it's all that useful, but sometimes you just gotta listen to your coach. It's not like it'll hurt.

What do you want to know?

Whey
Fish oil
Vitamin D
Vitamin C
Zinc
Magnesium

Do you recommend any? Did your memory and ability to stay focused improve over time and did you have any side effects such as head aches?

Vitamin C 500 mg daily.
Melatonin to sleep.
Creatine.

I want to increase the C to 2-3k mg daily and buy DMAE or some other nootropic that works.

Mostly used noopept, but I got so used to the stuff, that I needed hyper doses to feel anything. A rush on that felt like a good caffeine trip. Never had headaches from it. Took choline with it when I started, that might have helped.
I was taking dmae during finals in January. Felt completely motivated and eliminated some fatigue. Now it doesn't seem to work anymore.
Adrafinil worked great, but stuff is really expensive and I can't import it currently into my country.
Theanin+coffein also work wonders.
My problems were mostly focus and energy, Memory not so much. These are relatively safe (had problems falling asleep from dmae in the beginning)
Reddit has a nice nootropics subreddit and the faq has a list of useful supplements

I don't supplement because I'm not retarded.
I would have thought most of Jow Forums would be smart enough to not invest in making their piss so expensive.
If you people knew how much of what's on those labels is going straight through you, you'd go crazy over how much money you literally flushed down the toilet.

So you have a PhD in biochemistry?

Magnesium
Zinc
Tumeric
Vitamin D 3000IU
Lysine 3000mg
Vitamin C 2000mg
