Started 5 years ago, took a year and a half break to lose everything and get skinnyfat again and then another year and a half to get here.
How the fuck? I'm also 168cm but only 64-65kg

Well as I said I'm just coming off a bulk right now and my BF% is about 8-9% but it should be in order in a few weeks. The lighting might be giving you the impression of fat but it is actually hard muscle. The last time I measured my biceps they were in the region of 18.75-19 inches (naturally), I have never taken PEDs for your information too.

Your lifts are great. My advice is to find a new hobby to work on. You're already strong and swole, work on your personality and other insecurites. Don't get caught up in the numbers and wind up injuring yourself. Maybe move on to calisthenics, since that is challenging and you have a good strength base for it.
