Eat beef jerky

god dam you skellys have it easy, eating is one of the easiest things in the world to do

eat alot of cheese

Lean meat, eggs, beans, protein shakes

I always have to watch that I don't go way beyond healthy amounts of protein and I don't even use protein shakes

eating is easy sure i average about 2700 calories a day but i only get 70-100g of protein because protein-rich foods are either low-calorie, inconvenient to eat or expensive as shit, i'll check the beef jerky though

Eye of Round Fast Fry steaks. Not the best cut of meat, but a 4oz fast fry has 24g of protein. Can usually get them in packs of 4 that cost around 3 bucks.

Aren’t food and supplements very cheap for people in first world?

It's broscience, ignore it

dont

Per LEAN pound. Don't add fat.

>1 gram of protein per pound per day

It's a meme, beyond 0.6-0.8g/lean body mass(lbs) you will see no benefit. After this point more is not better, quite the opposite. You can still make great gains at lower intakes, just remember that average needs for a man is like 40g, if you are consuming 80g/day you are already at 2 times your basal needs.

You are waaay better off getting more carbs than obsessing about protein.

Learn to cook homey, and eat more lentils

How is eating easier than not eating?

who the fuck writes this shit? have you tried lifting weights on 80g a day?

if you have an appetite then eating is pleasurable
maybe stop being a low test faggot

Yes I have, but it's irrelevant, it's what the science says. Also I didn't say that everyone should only eat 80g, but that you can still make great gains, and you can, they might just not be optimal for some but for others it's all they need. It's more a point against the common misconception that you needs loads of protein to build muscle(ergo 1g/lbs), most people don't know how low the actual basal needs are so they think that unless they get to or close to 1g/lbs they won't build muscle. Which is just completely false, you could build muscle on anything beyond your basal needs.

You think its 1g/lbs. It doesn't say that anywhere.
Its 1g/lbs lean weight.

One of pic related has approx 40g in it, you can easily manage at least 3 per day and that's without forcing yourself to eat, combine it with some turkey breast and rice and that's how I get 200g+.
All you have to do is find some shit that is cheap and palatable and the rest will come together.
Also you fucking retard you don't need 200g, that's only if you're going every single day working to your max for 4+ hours, try and aim for somewhere between 100-150 and then work your way up.

>3 yogurt tubs a day
You fuckers are crazy.

2scoops+milk = 50g of protein

just need one other meal with eggs and meat and you’re getting close to 1g/lb already

Just drink an 8 scoops protein shake

You have to supplement protein I remember seeing a video where Arnie was interviewed on bodybuilding and he said the reason supplements exist is because it's extremely difficult to get the right amount of protein from normal foods when you weigh 200+

> "it's irrelevant, it's what the science says."
> implying that scientific method is the end-all, be-all for fact

t. someone who has never worked in a scientific field

They're actually really small, I have one for breakfast and one for a snack sometime in the evening. That's nearly half my daily protein needs right there, they're under £1 each at most places and even cheaper if you get the big tubs.
Stop wasting cash on meme way and take the yogpill you faggots.

LMAO fucking ameriburgers

>tfw sainsburys only sells the honey skyr yogurt
It's delicious desu but obviously would prefer as little sugar as possible in my diet.

Also how the fucj do you afford to eat 3 a day, they're like £1.90 per pot.

>He think vaccines cause autism

Turkey

You're missing the entire point. My comment isn't anti-science, it's acknowledgement that science is simply a methodology. You can still follow it and be wrong, see: the past 300 years of scientific progress and dead ends that were found along the way.

Lidl's 400g are 89p each at the moment, just make sure you read the label though some places have a shitty watered down version with more carbs in it. Want less sugar in it? It goes well with oats too.
It's easy to afford because instead of buying chocolate and coke I buy tuna and skyr, lots cheaper overall.

Cottage cheese. There, I solved all of your issues.

completely fresh to the conversation user here

thank you and all the others who recommended the yoghurt, i was searching for a convenient way to get a bit more protein in my diet and this might just perfectly fix that hole

also the oats thing

Is my cutting diet retarded then? It's 200g protein, 90g fat, 250g carbs at a total of 2540cals per day? Can I eat more carb and less protein

And the current best knowledge says you don't need huge amounts of protein unless you are roiding

bit heavy on the fat isn't it?

Well I'm a student atm so I'm stuck to eating tuna, oats, pb, chicken, veg, and rice. Occasional pasta dish too. Unfortunately my uni town is too posh got a lidl

salmon

Eating is easier than not eating ? The C O P E of fat "people".

>tfw when living in a post industrial wasteland isn't that bad afterall because at least we have Lidls

>lmao literally how
1 gram per pound of lean mass, you know that, right?

200 grams is like 600 calories, that's super easy

More than 0.8g/lb is still recommended, though.

examine.com/nutrition/how-much-protein-do-i-need/

No

How do i get the motivation to eat more than once per day? It's so tiresome.

>2540 calories while cutting

how much you weigh nigga

900g kvarg
106g protein in one can

Attached: kvarg.jpg (300x300, 22K)

1 gram of protien per LEAN pound of mass. No use in feeding fat, and everyone's got some fat shoot for like 8-12 under your weight

eggs (look after egg white in rolls), quark, beans, meat, whey (cheaper if you buy in bulk, concentrate is as good as isolate if over 70% protein)

Damn what is this holy grail and what’s the carb/ fat breakdown?

Attached: 0224E2DA-43FC-44EC-94D2-A20274050239.png (655x977, 318K)

>trusting studies
I bet you also think that a guy in his early 20s with test levels of 270 ng/dL is healthy. I'd rather listen to the guys who are actually big.

1.8g fat
I think 29g of carbs, all of which are sugars

You don't need that much, 0.82 grams or protein per pound of bodyweight is enough.

Yes, whey and casein are super cheap.

>how much you weigh nigga
84kg and 193cm tall nigga

Fuggg still pretty good though I’ve seen better.

>Action is easier than non-action
The absolute state of fat people

lmao, you only need ~50g for maintenance. about 100g per day is more than enough. Make sure you eat enough cals too.

aldi is better

Do some cardio, you fat fuck

actually eating is pretty much the ONLY thing they do. So it's not like he implied what you said he did.

hydrolysated whey powder

Attached: images.jpg (56x86, 2K)

Its 800 cal faggot. 4cal per 1g

trusay, i get my yoghurt for 49p

i can do it for one day, maybe two, but then i get so bloated and constipated the next day that i can barely even drink a pint of water

>quark

I eat half a kilo quark a day. 60g. The rest is just eggs and some chicken breast.

its too easy to get with food
why the fuck do people need protein powder

Because it´s even easier with it.

Convenience, that's the only reason to buy protein powder

>high protein foods are inconvenient
Mfw its hard to open a can of tuna or to make a protein shake

Attached: IMG_1991.jpg (400x386, 58K)

It's one pound per LEAN BODY MASS weight per day you brainlet
Say you weight 185lbs, but you're overweight by 20lbs, so you only eat 165g of protein per day

"B-but I don't like tuna!"

Btw you have any good tuna recipies? I've been making canned tuna ceviche but I need some variance

Shackburgers.

amazon.com/New-Whey-Complete-Protein-Supplement/dp/B011NM7ZYM/ref=sr_1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1524082431&sr=8-3&keywords=whey+protein+liquid&dpID=51zPUv9S0XL&preST=_SX300_QL70_&dpSrc=srch&th=1

Eggs, tuna, protein powder, I often go 25% over my goal by accident.

I run into the opposite problem. I find myself eating too much protein.

Here. Though I wouldn't put literally one entire fucking onion in the thing for each can of tuna. I usually just get one slice of onion and use that.

Attached: Tuna cakes.jpg (607x1358, 127K)

Protein powder/weightgainer with high protein count
Sunflowerseeds, chicken, protein enriched bread/yoghourt

Beef jerky is more expensive than meat.

per lean pound of muscle retard not your extra 100 lbs of fat

Where´s the problem with it ?

Just put that cock down, faggot.

That tastes like fucking sawdust no matter the flavor. Don't you recommend that shit faggot. Its not worth the 36g of protein per scoop.

This trendline is bullshit with a spread like that mate.

This, I could down 200 grams of whey protein in about 30 seconds if I needed to. How are people having a problem getting enough protein?

Any protein you eat above just turns into sugar anyway.

>carbs
FAT

Nigger I'm a vegeterian and still end up with a surplus without even trying. Just fucking eat more.

Chicken legs have high protein and calories.

unless you way like 300lbs it's not hard unless you're a vegan, 8oz of chicken breast is literally 70g, 8oz steak is 55g. Hell, a cup of split peas is 50g protein. Literally 8oz of any meat, tofu/seitan/tempeh is more than 50g, so unless you're already fat as fuck then there's no reason you can't get there. The question is, do you actually need 1g/pound of bw per day. If you're sitting on your ass all day, probably not.

Black bean and chicken chili, faggot.

These are legit what got me through poorfag starvation. Throw some hot sauce on it for maximum taste.

most people have a natural urge to satisfy hunger

It's hard for me to eat enough and I'm 6'4 245ish. I feel like I'm at a caloric deficit every day and still don't lose weight or my fat. Do I have a disease

You have an overgrowth of certain bacteria in your gut which makes you crave sugar. You have most likely never even come close to experiencing actual hunger in your entire life. If you feel fatigue etc. it's because you are chonically inflamed and just plain fucked up in general at the physiological level.

>protein-rich foods are either low-calorie,
why is this a problem? eat more of it then eat other dense things
are you actually retarded?

1g per lb is a meme and an oversimplification
Real number is closer to 0.72g per pound and even that is an oversimplification for the average population since you really should be factoring lean mass, but this number works for most unless you're either already insanely low BF or insanely high BF.
Also even that number is for maximal gains where any more protein is basically irrelevant. You will still gain muscle with something like 0.4g per pound, albeit less efficiently.

What is your preferred jerky Jow Forums

Attached: hard time jerky1.jpg (400x400, 44K)

Basically stop overthinking things like protein. Eat a piece of meat every day, 1 scoop of whey, and whatever else you normally eat to hit your caloric goals and you'll get enough protein to build muscle.
Unless you're on gear, a pro bodybuilder, or a professional athlete then focus on actually lifting and getting enough sleep.

So am I just fucked for life then?

No. Get the excess iron out of your diet. Stop eating any iron-enriched baked goods or noodles/flour products. Donate blood. Things will turn around.
