So my body skin is nice and clear, very pale but my face has the worse complexion. My cheeks are very red and my face look like its always irritated. I use to have clear skin and freckles when I was a child but some time in my early teens(I'm 19 now) I developed this redness, I'm wondering if its from sundamage, it really looks like it has been damaged. Is this at all curable or do I have to live with this? What are my options? Anyone one with similar cases?

From vegetable oils only olive one, cold pressed.
From carbs only some potatoes I Also really dig a rye sourdough bread.
If you have sugar cravings eat fruits.
Up your intake of vegies with high water content and high water fruits.
Lower water intake, let the food hydrate you. Don't do the 8glass meme.
After some days do a full day of dry fast.

There's a lot of reasons, could be sun damage, could be dry skin, could be allergies to something.
