A banana, 3 eggs over easy (or maybe an omelette), cheese, some vegetable medley, oats with peanut butter and a little honey, a cup of coffee, and a glass of whole milk.
Bulking is great because I get to eat a lot but goddamn my BF% has gone from 22% to 25% and I'm getting fatter. No aesthetics here

No, bro. Fat is antiandrogenous. I'd rather you not look like a fat fuck all summer. Try to cut down to 12-13% WHILE LIFTING. You're fucking new and you can lose fat and build muscle at the same time. Tone down your diet, be in a caloric deficit. Lose a lot of fat and gain a fair bit of muscle. Just trust me. Be skinnier than you want to be this year, but at least look fucking decent. Starting from august you're gonna be bulking for about 6 months and you'll make a shit ton of gains. Use your noobgains wisely.

I'll trust you user. Like I said, I'm a total nooblord. I'm doing SS right now and I'm just staring progress in the face, it's great. All of my lifts are going up with decent form too. I'd like to cut but I'm just worried that I won't be able to keep my strength up. But if you say I can do it then maybe I'll just opt for the eggs, cheese, and veggies this morning and axe the milk, oats, and peanut butter.

Bro, I swear to god I was eating at around maintenance in one meal and I dropped like 10lbs in a month. Check that february -> april is with OMAD at around 3500cals. I swear to god this shit is magic. First two pictures were at a 1kcal deficit in a month second two at maintenance. This shit changed my life.

Not a fan of omelettes, nothing particularly wrong with yours though I'm not sure how I feel about eggs and peppers together.
I could see how it looks like I used green pepper, but I actually used green onion and tomatoes. Not a fan of bell pepper with eggs, either.
