Commercial Gym probably, at my timeslot only bros doing bro lifts and cardio bunnies doing cardio.

Now that I think about it when I was a member at a commercial gym I only saw a few people DL. Plenty of people doing squats though.

My all time favorite mass builders seem to not be done by anyone at my gym, which is fucking weird.

Nobody does them, but these are the ones that made me big. There´s other good stuff out there that I do, but other people do it too. But I dont get who nobody does these

some guy does these with heavy dumbbells and uses benches on each side to set the dumbbells on. There are only 4 benches in the gym besides the decline one.

Cable flys & hanging leg raises. I also do some core stability excercises with a yoga ball, no one else uses that anyway.
