State of Jow Forums, can't even remember what they ate yesterday

Oatmeal + 1 scoop with a cup of steamed broccoli for breakfast.

Then went to gym to do cardio (off day).

Had a cup of greek yoghurt and a chicken breast after I got home. An hour later had some sweet
potatoes and more chicken and broccoli. Then for dinner I had an omelette with 3 eggs, spinach, onions, green peppers, and tomato with avocado toast on the side.
Then for a snack at night had a glass of milk with 1 scoop and some flax seed mixed in. I plan on eating the same pretty much every day this summer just maybe switch from chicken to beef or tuna from time to time.

Changed my dietary plan to drink more milk/bread/dulce de guayaba (?)

2 pieces of whole wheat toast with 1 tbls of peanut butter on each. 1 cup of 2% milk.

1 cup of quinoa, 1/4 avocado, 1/2 cup sweet potatoes, 250 calories of tofu.

Baked rice with tofu, cucumber, tomatoes, mushrooms olives, and yogurt sauce.

Chicken burger from Slim Chickens. Then a pack of sushi. Then 2 apples and some grapes. I spent the whole day walking around London (34000 steps according to my tracker) however so the burger was justified. I didn't eat the bun either.
