Since you got quads I'll give you more than a meme reply. There's a decent chance you're just eating junk that spikes your insulin, making you feel hungrier than you actually are. But your problem could also be tied to estrogen dominance. Progesterone cream will change your life in that case.

Most fruit has a lot of sugar in them. Obviously you need some, but try to go for the non-sugary stuff. Dairy is fine desu but go with the low fat stuff. Honestly, you can get cottege cheese that's like 75kcals/100g and has 16g proteins. That's miracle food right fucking there.

But my point was, IF YOU'RE HUNGRY, eat these. Because they are extremely low kcal and are very filling.
