I came up with an exercise and I call it zercher pull ups. It's exactly what it sounds like. You hold on to the bar on the crooks of your elbows and you pull yourself up. Did a few sets of really quick reps and my back has never been this sore before. Now I don't know if this is safe, this could be damaging my body and I wouldn't know as this hasn't been tested before, so try it at your own risk. I'm just dropping the info here as this could be a good exercise and it'd be cool if it would catch on. Or maybe people will point out why these are retarded and why I should stop doing them. Also, in case this has been done before, sorry, I couldn't find anyone doing this.
