glycolic acid creams/lotions

mine is way less bad now that i shower with water only and use that allergy proof hippie laundry detergent type of stuff.

I'm using a cream with 10% urea daily for almost a month now, a lot of the red dots/areas are gone and there are less bumps visible.

I think that I'll get rid of most in another month.

But I always keep scratching or squeezing the bumps where I damage my skin :(

Will sand paper do the trick?

Its for life my dude. I use U-Lactin and it reduces redness and texture for me. Still visible though. People say sun can help, but I’m not going outside.

The sun helps, Over the summer I lose all of my red spots and the tan actually removes 70% of my scar tissue from plucking at the spots through the year. Though it doesn't last long, as soon as the weather gets worse and I start wearing long sleeves it comes back

Same here. Never really thought much about it until I saw other peoples skin didn't have dots surrounding their hair follicles.
