Only been training for 3 years, and 1 year of that consisted of injures and program hopping. So effectively 2 years training. On top of that, I'm 6"4 so it takes me longer to get stronger. What the fuck are you fags even doing? Do you just talk about lifting without ever doing it?
Bench more than 97.4%

Dude this board is like the biggest compilation of shit genetics. There's a reason they never played any sports yet have an interest in lifting. Even then, they are fucking garbage at it, and it's so clear. I've seen dudes post that it takes 24 fucking months to bench 225 lb. Something high school linemen do in literally 5 months. They're so uncoordinated and unathlethic they can't even lift metal up and down properly, LOL
These are the dudes that were picked last in gym class. Rest assured, they're trying; they're just that shit at it lol
>do you just talk about lifting without ever doing it?
welcome to Jow Forums.
>I'm 6"4 so it takes me longer to get stronger
this is the worst meme ever
lol
>results based on 1RM
shut the fuck up, you don’t know more than a majority of powerlifters/bodybuilders. There’s a reason why people generally ask for 1RM; people have different staminas for different lifts. For instance, I can 6RM 225 but 1RM 265. Others I know 4RM 225 but still 1RM 265. It would be too complicated to consider other #RMs, so we regard 1RMs as the universal measure of strength.
>There’s a reason why people generally ask for 1RM
So they don't have to admit that they're weak as shit and can't do two reps at x weight. "Different staminas" is just a euphemism for "I am puss." You even said as much. How can 1RM accurately reflect your strength when in your very own example, you have two wildly different volumes for a 1RM of 265?
okay autist, next time you want to know how much someone can do for multiple reps, ask them. But no one else cares how much you can bench 165 for.
Dude you're fucking autistic. Can you fuck off with your 185x5 benching dyel ass? Nobody in real life gives a fuck about your 5rm, hell not even fucking athletes do 5 reps. It's an arbitrary number focused on because SS is 3x5 and SL is 5x5. Leave you fucking pussy ass faggot, a 1rm is the best indicator of STRENGTH hands down. The more reps the less you're using your CNS at max effort and the more you rely on your glycogen stores to keep you pumping reps. Your post epitomizes so well why this board is shit. Dyel faggots like you (who still haven't hit 1/2/3/4 after 1.5 years of lifting) try to spout their bullshit as gospel
Kid if I knew you irl I'd fucking end you
this kiddo
if this isn't pasta, it will be
At least 2 of these are samefag

See.
How do you get 97.4% for bench from those numbers?
If you looked at the first question on the fucking survey you would see that most of fit has been lifting for less than a year. So you feel proud because you are stronger than 90% of people who have been lifting for a third the time as you, wow.
He skips brain day
>1 year is a 3rd of 2 years
>Only been training for 3 years
>1 year spent injured
If all training had asterisks, you could say you've only trained a month if you just count the hours you've spent at the gym, or a week if you only count out of that the time you were actually performing reps. Time training is from when you STARTED TRAINING, you don't get special little snowflake exceptions.
That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. If you started 10 years ago, trained for 5 and quit, and now just started training again that's 10 years of training according to your dumb arse.
Count training as the actual amount of time you've trained, otherwise it's retarded.
Lol but not you right? You're the only normal person on Jow Forums, cool too.
