the only steroids that show on a piss test are arimidex letrozole aromasin and tamoxifen, they have to draw your blood otherwise
Tac Med here...Most of the law enforcement I work with who are on gear myself included have legitimate sources from reputable labs and it's all pharmaceutical grade. I can't speak for the cops in the U.S but in Canada nobody in law enforcement gets gear from the gym rats at commercial gyms, but I don't think they hassle them either.

And then if they still want to fuck you over they can say. "Ok, so we'll watch you for a month to make sure you aren't doing anything fishy and then do the test again and if your test drops off then we'll know" and you're fucked.
Of course this would never happen, but the potential is there. If they really wanted to bust you and you are on gear then they could figure it out.

I'm not in Law enforcement I'm just an advanced care paramedic who happens to work within a swat unit so take what im saying with a grain of salt. I think they don't target unless other circumstances are involved like other drugs/controlled substances or other types of crimes. I also believe it has to do with a lot of police officers being involved within the bodybuilding community, but that's more for best cops and detectives who don't do a lot of running/cardio. Almost all of the swat guys are either powerlifters, crossfitters or hybrid athletes. With the exception of a few you'll rarely see a bodybuilder on swat.
