yes and no. my body feels sore, but i feel pretty clear-headed. it's a good type of pain.
i still study after i lift, but i usually lift late at night since im generally done with what i had to do that day.
it's also really rewarding to mire myself in the mirror with a good pump, or when im home
Enjoying the Gym?
Yes. I hate myself and it’s the only way I can hurt myself without seeming weird from an outside perspective. And I like my muscles.
That's the spirit. Just keep at it and it'll get better, probably more enjoyable as well.

as an ex-fat, self are so fucking good. I get light-headed, but its probably because I don't sleep enough
I don't really love it or hate it. It's on par with taking a shower. I don't really think I just do it.
lifting is great. You get to:
-have a pre-workout meal which is usually pretty carb-heavy
-feel dat pump and the relaxing feeling between sets
-watch your numbers go up
-check out a bunch of booty in yoga shorts
-get mired
-feel like you've accomplished something quite productive
-know that you're reaching your goal body that will have bitches powerless

same here. feels great. the light-headedness is probably a diet thing. make sure you have some carbs and drink enough water.
