Getting my weighted dips high, bench to 300s+ and OHP to 200s fixed the tricep size issues.
I had to stop doing tricep isolations because they gave me elbow tendonitis.
Been working out with those excersises doing over reaching and seen no growth worth mentioning
I've tried what's been listed above and didn't worked for me but this did, overhead tricep extensions with bands (or cables) for a huge amount of reps (anything 25+)
bench some small ass weight until your triceps literally catch on fire and you'll get the fattest pump any man has ever seen. did this today, ripped my arm skin

i had the exact same problem. still do to an extent but ive come up with a way to maximize tricep gains. im currently doing a PPL routine but giving arms their own day youll see huge improvements
close grip flat bench, dips, skullcrushers, and tricep pull down (with a variation of grip, like palm facing up superset with palm facing down. also tricep pull downs with rope are great)

Almost every answer here is fucking retarded. Bench and dips are the only exercises needed for triceps. Isolating the tri's is a guaranteed way to elbow tendinitis
Your bench form must be shit. Your grip is either too wide or too narrow. A shoulder-wide grip is enough for both chest and triceps. Stop doing touch n go and learn to pause bench
Dude, that doesn't equal hypertrophy. If you want to develop a good mind-muscle connection just do tricep kickbacks as a warm up, then hit some pushdowns/close grip bench press (dumbbells are great)/skullcrushers

You're fucking retarded. Dips are great, bench is okay. Close grip is great for tri's, you mouthbreather. Skullcrushers are fantastic. Triceps pushdowns are great. If you get elbow tendinitis, you're overtraining or you're not training biceps enough.
