How tall are you and how much do you weigh?
I'm 6'0 190 lbs and I would need maybe up towards 5 liters (at least 4) to be max hydrated if I played sports outside in the sun for some hours and then walked around for a while

I don't know how everyone reviles sparkling water so much. I used to not like it cause of the inherent bitterness but eventually I figured the carbonation forced me to drink it more slowly so it would be more refreshing, and then I just grew to love it. Try it with ice and a little lime or something anons
