look, buddeh. you may keep your "stronk" if you really workout hard, and lose weight. but thats only happen if you keep to your workout, have rest days, planned your meals. you wont put on much muscle if any at all.

Dont worry about it, start losing the weight now.

Start with 2-4 weeks where you only focus on diet then move on to cardio for 2-4 weeks and then start lifting.

I never said I was "Stronk" what I should of said was that wouldn't I lose what little (little! you see! thats the keyword.) strength I have to lift weights after burning fucking fat.

just fix your diet, eat a lot of HEALTHY food and lift hard. you will gain muscle while losing fat, and will also greatly minimize loose skin. I know Jow Forums is full of trolls but I sincerely hope you will listen to my advise. Just ignore the scale and track your progress based on
1- how loose your belt gets
2- how you look in front of a mirror
3- how your lifts are improving

I was originally 365 2 years ago, have been lifting on and off since. I lost the 14 pounds in 2 months, i usually tend to last an hour on just weights doing super sets,and then 15 mins of Hiit.

I'm 6'2 1/2

ok well that's good, as long as your lifts are going up and your weight is going down, you're doing the right thing.
7 pounds of weight loss means in a year from now you could be 230lbs, but muscular. It's just a matter of consistency really. If you want to lose weight faster, you can either do more cardio or have an even more strict diet.

Only retards will say you can't do both.

As far as dieting goes btw, the best advise I could give you is to eat nothing but whole food and avoid liquid calories (aka... only drink water. A shake with water is acceptable)
Btw this me at 5'11 195lbs. Went down from 235 in a year by focusing on lifting weights with a clean diet and some cardio here and there
