The doctor is in. Any burdens you carry or sins to confess?

Attached: Fat wojak Psychology sofa.png (3000x1625, 561K)

I have a lot of protein powder, but I tried my buddy's soylent (ayy) and I mixed a small portion of it with my protein powder. It tasted fucking amazing... I am thinking about getting like 14 bags just for the taste. Thoughts?

why don't you fat fucks turn into bloatmax mode?

you can eat as much as you want and be strong at the same time. It's a win win.

Attached: 1523953204346.png (450x720, 145K)

I feel like utter shit all the time

like complete and utter shit

how to fix?

Trying to diet

I sinned a little while back.
Went and ate everything I craved for a whole week.
Pies, chocolate, cookies, pizza, pancakes.
I wasted at least 2 weeks of potential progress.
Thing is though, I don't regret it.

Attached: DE1B600B-C0CF-4E90-9CE3-C8DA2BB5F3EA.jpg (640x455, 68K)

as long you count calories its fine for weight loss. and only use a little for taste. but it's kinda costly as meal replacement and has a lot of sugar, (30% of total cals. ~ like 16g sugar in a 90g serving of 400cal).

>it's kinda costly as meal replacement
I actually cannot think of a more cheap and fast "on the go" meal replacement. If you do, let me know, but I checked around and I couldn't find anything better. This thing is basically the last ditch effort when the laziness strikes around and I don't want to fail. It's a failsafe, per se.

Try intermittent fasting. OMAD really helped me to stop feeling like shit while cutting.

i do meal prep and home cooking, and prepare my own snacks. so im kinda on the cheap side. it would cost me at my TDEE of 2000 cal with $1.74 per 400 kcal ~ 8.80$ a day. i can do better.

for on the go it's pretty good i think. healthier and cheaper than most fast food. same with lazy or unskilled, and people hard-pressed for time.

Confess

What makes you feel like shit user?
If it's your weight, let's try to reduce it. Eat less, move more, take it step by step and take your time for it. It's better to make a lifestyle change than to do a crash diet.

>Hit a clean 5x5 set of 0.5pl8 OHP today for the first time

AWW YISS BOIS

I’m very weak, I’ve been lifting for months but achieving nothing despite eating twice as much as a normal human.

When i try to eat less, I just feel like Inhave no energy

you always have pretty good bars my man. Well done

>Weigh myself on the morning
>99kg
>Weigh myself on the afternoon
>92 kg
>Weigh myself at nigh
>97 kg
>Weigh myself one hour later
>95 kg

Is this normal?

Waterweight

Yes.

Yes. Just focus on hitting new low numbers.

kg
Your new goal is to get a reading below that.

So I'm fat. 72kg 5'8. I can feel my stomach developing. And just waiting for my job change. I'll be able to cycle/jog to work. The weight should fall off me.

>So I'm fat. 72kg 5'8.

That's normal weight, user. Your weight index is 24. Just eat regularly and exercise, if you want to tune up your belly.

To me, it's fat. It's on the border of entering the "overweight" stage.

So yeah, I'm declaring myself /fat/ and needing to do something about it. But like, not actually doing anything about it, just putting it off until exercise is convenient as part of my daily commute. Just waiting on the paper work to come through from HR.

6''1 manlet. 162 KG/ 357 pounds here, drank a fuck tonne and ate like an animal.

Started Kito / IF and hitting the gym about 5 days ago, already feeling better.

kek, I'm so fucking fat, had a six pack when I was 20, 33 now, let's do this bitches.

1. get your hormones/thyroid checked if you can
2. get blood work done
you could have low iron levels or bad thyroid or any other issue... if youre feeling like crap constantly its not normal

Think I'm genetically a natty god so this is going to be interesting.

I'm back on the wagon after losing my way over the past month. Not gonna make any excuses for it.

One of the things I notice right away when transitioning from a shitty fat cunt diet to a normal healthy diet is how much better my sleep is. When I am eating like shit I wake up several times through the night (tossing and turning, twisting up the sheets etc). When I am eating well I sleep like a baby, it's actually comfy as fuck

You need keto, you're burning food intake directly via liver you need to switch to fat stores ASAP son, you got loads to burn so do it.

Attached: KETO.jpg (1600x3340, 884K)

188.4lbs this morning, bruhs! Making it.

weighed in at 185kg yesterday morning, made me physically sick

let's fucking get it done man

Noice

Yes, only weigh yourself first thing in the morning after a pee and before you consume anything. Don't wait for a shit either.

I ate a hand full of cheddar & sour cream chips yesterday ):

Don't get me wrong: good luck getting back into shape, just don't overdo it.

Attached: 1486293135-8684-Anorexia-Nervosa[1].jpg (800x450, 71K)

That's what strikes me as weird, I usually weigh more just when I wake up.

expensive clothes

So my weight loss has seemingly hit a plateau of sorts, halting for about a month now (after losing 20lbs in ~2 months)

I currently do OMAD and do cardio + lift regularly, but the loss has seemingly come to a halt.

I'm already on so few calories (500-1000 a day) that decreasing further wouldn't be feasible, and train to the point of exhaustion, burning at least 300-400 calories just during cardio alone.

Is there a reason for this, or should I just keep doing what I'm doing and it'll break a threshold and continue?

>tea being lower than coffee

Attached: 1444405614101.jpg (280x380, 34K)

Do you guys listen to music when running? Any recommendations?

Don't listen to this fag If you can't see abdominal muscles, you need to cut.

I think it's because people put all kinds of retarded shit into coffee, butter, cream sugar etc, I just take decaf coffee with a spot of raw milk.

In time he keto flu will strike, old man. It fuckin sucks, but it doesn't last forever

Fuck, hope I pull through, thanks dude.

Straight black and a lot of it. I love it.

Attached: IMG_3106.jpg (3264x2448, 1.3M)

As opposed to cooked milk?

My negro, need to learn to drink it straight, dash of milk still needed fuck need to ditch it.

I want everyone to succeed in weight loss and the best way to succeed is to be mentally ready for the hard times like the keto flu (which was a rough 2 weeks for me, but you feel better afterward than you ever did before), plateauing (it will happen. Just keep pushing), and those days when you slip up and eat shit and way too much of it.

A dash of milk is fine if it really is just a dash.

Hope I pull through, I'm in a controlled environment, my food is prepared for me etc, I go to gym every day.

A good way to tell if someone is going to make is if they fall of the wagon and then get back on it soon after. You'll make it if you just keep getting back up when you fall.

Log the morning weight only, even if what you said is true. Consistent weigh ins at the same time is the best way to monitor a trend in weight loss. You're gonna spike up and down as your body retains varying amounts of water and waste from day to day. You cannot bank on seeing daily loss in weight. Unless you're plateaued - which is perfectly normal - a weeks worth of weigh ins will show you the weight loss trend you need to know you're on track.

Question, are you counting calories burned into what you can eat in a day or are you eating -500 to -1000 below your BMR? (if you don't know how to calculate BMR, open the TDEE calculator and set your exercise level as sedentary. That's the only number you should be considering when calculating a deficit.)

Attached: 1492299064752.jpg (500x375, 29K)

Yes. Heavy metal, neo-classical, and pagan stuff like Wardruna. If any of that is in your wheel house I'll post some links.

My TDEE is ~2500. I'm eating 500-1000 total. (So 1500-2000 below) and going above that to hit 2000 or maybe TDEE once a week or so.

Oh and to actually answer the question, no, I'm not counting calories burned through exercise. I actually eat 500-1000, then burn 300-400 of that.

Dude, wanting to not have a bit of a pudgy stomach does not suddenly make me anorexic!

I'm looking at getting to about 65kg.

Not sure I want to be your typical white chav boy that looks skeletal, but yeah I'm looking to cut down to 65 Ish.

Please do, that sounds up my alley.

Keep that mindset. I read a really good book not too long ago called The War of Art (no i didnt mistype "the art of war") and Pressfield goes into detail about how personifying that resistance everyone feels when trying to better their selves as true evil is a good mental process for success. You personify it as an evil malevolent force that exists in the physical and every time you don't give into it, is another blow you're striking and weakening it. Every time you give in (like skipping a gym day or eating junk), it gets stronger. It's a battle you fight until you die, you can never kill it, but you can weaken it to the point it's attacks are negligible.

Attached: the-war-of-art.jpg (467x700, 26K)

Awesome, I eat between 500 & 1000 a day too. I've plateaued many times now although never for a month. Up your water intake to about 100oz a day and try one 24 hour water fast to jump start the weight loss. Also, take regular pictures of your body. Sometime the scale and the mirror don't match as in you can notice obvious weight loss in the mirror that isn't reflected on the scale.

That's why you get down to ab showing levels of body fat % then bulk, but if you aren't looking to bulk then do whatever you want.

I'm not someone who has the patience to go to a gym. Though I could go rock climbing once a week.

There ya go. Dude, I have rock climbing buddies that are small but are ripped and strong as fuck.

Sweet. Thanks user!

>I'm not someone who has the patience to go to a gym

Then become the person who has the patience to go to the gym.

Please, school shooters haven't listened to masculine shit since the 90's. Those fags all listen to k-pop nowadays.

They can rip out 1 armed pull ups and chin ups like it's nothing.

>Gay as fuck edgy metal
>Masculine

Pick one and only one.

>metal
>not aggressive/masculine

Get out of here with that low energy bullshit. Keep pumping your coon tunes pretending to be a nigger.

>pants you just bought two months ago are starting to get too loose for you

started at a size 38 and now size 32 are getting big on me. on one hand im happy with my progress but i dont want to spend any more money on clothes

>i dont want to spend any more money on clothes
both a wonderful reality and a terrible burden. I know them feels.

Same. I'm starting to look ridiculous on my old shirts, but I don't wanna spend part of my extremely limited income on new clothes. Guess we'll have to look like bozos for a while.

Am I still fat if I can run 12 k's in an hour? Can I leave?

Attached: worry.jpg (552x451, 56K)

No. I don't want to. I can lose the weight outside of the gym.

Right now, think I'll struggle to do more than like 3, and even they will probably be shit ones.

>You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave!

If your on /fat/ your no where close to that. Posting shit like this is hurting more than helping.

Like when a fattie is fasting and you tell him to worry about malnutrition. Nigga aint even got to worry about that

Fast for a week, when i hit a wall i just stop eating. It always gets me through

How are you holding up fatties?

Attached: 1520785263342.jpg (1024x1015, 113K)

How long before my body gets used to normal blood pressure levels? I'm annoyed with getting light headed every time I stand up.

>No. I don't want to. I can lose the weight outside of the gym.

But you won't. You're not going to lose weight by rock climbing once a week. You need consistency, you fucking fat snowflake.

Today I weigh the heaviest I have ever been in my life, 104kg (230lb).

Attached: 1479001862993.jpg (228x221, 4K)

Read fucktard, my commute will be cycling/running to and from work

Time to lose it all then bud!

5'11' here, I've been dropping weight 100% on diet, is it about time to throw in some running or will it fuck up my knees at this weight?

Attached: Screenshot_20180419-113200.jpg (1080x1920, 226K)

Am I still fat. Lost 50 lbs
5'10
201.4 lb

Attached: IMG_20180417_171839.jpg (3036x4048, 2.15M)

yikes you could've worked out that entire time dude. Wasted muscle gains, but still nice work on the diet. I would start running and working out TODAY

yes. nigger

I mean I've been curling 45lbs and doing push-ups throughout the day. I've made some muscle gains but from what I understand it's pretty hard to build muscle at a calorie deficiency

Is there any hope for someone who's impulsive in everything and loses motivation and interest in two days? (ADHD, also dermatitis)

Attached: 1457889187534.jpg (500x404, 41K)

yes its hard, but no reason not to. Hit 100+g of protein a day and lift weights 3x a week while eating at a deficit and you will gain muscle.

I know that you stretched dental floss across your stomach in a vein attempt to make it appear as though you have abs. I know.

I tried three times new, dropped it in less than a month each time. Only two times I looked alright (6'1, 93kg) was because a depression. When I got better I started eating again and now I'm back at 104 kg. It's hot outside. I don't want to wear a tshirt man.

You need to start lifting now if you want to look good to be honest with you.

5'4, 151 pounds, BMI 26.35. TDEE ~1700.

Plan to eat 1000 per day to lose approximately 1 pound a week. I have already lost 7 pounds by doing my plan. Feeling better.

no just years of slouching and being fat did that

Attached: 1524016265387.jpg (3036x4048, 2.63M)

Your noob gains will last for 3-5 months before you even start to slow down. Don't fall for that meme

How bad is bread?
Also what do you guys have for a snack when youre at work/school, I used to have one of those protein bars but since I found out theyre made of soy I have been eating bread or those salty crackers
What do you recommend

i recommend killing yourself for thinking soy is worse than bread and saltines.

There 10 year dirty bulk is finally coming to an end in a couple months

Sweet, going out to run around the lake after work then

Fair enough, I'll look for a gym
