I've just had my test checked and it is 340 ng/dl at 22 years old even though I exercise regularly, eat healthily and get sunlight. What the fuck is going on? My doctor said it's fine but it's literally lower than the average for a 85-100 year old man.

do you eat a lot of dairy?

No.

purplepandalabs or gumball labs, start working to live the life you want

Exactlt how much sunlight, i found out that despite being in the sun 2 hours a day i was still deficient because not enough surgace area. Started taking 6k-10k ius of vit d3 and muh test went from 400 to 550, thinkint about taking zinc to, apparent gave 150 boost or so

was the blood taken before 10am, 8h fasted and after no more than 8h quality (non fractional) sleep?
do you have a lot of stress?
do you train a lot?
do you regularly train to muscle failure?
are you deficient in zinc and/or vitamin d?

>train to failure

not OP but is this bad for test? never heard it

are you aware of the existence of the jewish people?

>it was taken at noon
>no
>4 days a week
>no
>no

>mfw this thread

apparently training to failure elevates cortisol for up to 48h hours (whereas training close to failure, like 2 reps left in the tank, does not).
cortisol has it's place ofc but when chronically elevated it suppresses test production.

>it was taken at noon
test has a diurnal rhythm. it is the highest at around 8am and then steadily decreases until your first rem cycle when you sleep.
it also has pulsatile excretion so it might be possible your blood was taken when you were at a low point between two pulses.

did you have breakfast or lunch before your blood was taken?
the insulin responce of a meal lowers serum test by ~25% for at least two hours.
see: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22804876

sleeping less than 6h can decrease test by 50% but (for afaik unknown reasons) sleeping more than 8h also lowers test.

it also seems that men who regularly train have lower serum test than men who don't.
don't know whether this is due to the muscle tissue using more of the available test or the stress (cortisol) on the body from training.

Are you implying dairy is bad

That's your problem

>Are you implying dairy is bad
ofc he is. just wait for him to post the shitty japanese milk study, that shows a 18% decrease in test which in reality was solely due to the reasons shown here:
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22804876

>not having over 2000

OP, you know what to do.

Insuline decreases test, that why I do keto + intermittent fasting.

it decreases SERUM test.
the test doesn't vanish in thin air it gets transported into the muscle cells.

this, plus it doesnt matter when your body detects you dont have enough test it ramps up lh and fsh to compensate the end result is that the test goes to your muscles and your balls produce more test and more sperm

shutup and eat have a balanced diet

have* not eat have

How often you masturbate?

>340 ng/dl
kek mine is 200. I should really kill myself. fuck this

What are good natty test levels for different age groups?

just go /fraud/

Not even joking, but it's probably all of the plastics and endocrine disrupting chemicals turning you and the frogs gay. Avoid canned foods, plastic water bottles, air fresheners/strong perfumes, and only drink filtered water.

>sub 300
>get prescribed clomid because endo is afraid of needles
>get boosted to 400
>not feeling any better
>endo says I'm now normal and tells me to go to a psychiatrist instead

Do any legal Testosterone Boosters work, or are they just a money racket?

Perhaps this abstract sculpture will answer your question.

Most important question gets ignored.
Fuck OP

>every listening to a doctor who is "afraid of needles"

But let's be real, you're afraid of needles faggot. The endo has a nurse that could pin you.

I was being facetious. He was against injections from the beginning and said he would only prescribe them if clomid didn't give any results.

Whats the url to gumball? I cant find it on google

Should have thrown the pills in the garbage and lied

Hmm...

I asked Jow Forums and two anons told me to follow the endo's instructions. Is /fraud/ the only option now?

Attached: 13th_Century_English_manuscript_showing_the_Blessed_Virgin_punching_Satan_out.jpg (760x638, 84K)

if you want to fraud that's between you and your conscience.
do you have low t symptoms or is it just that you can't get as big as your favorite fitness youtuber?
as a natty you need to realise that test level and muscle mass don't follow a linear function. as long as you are within the normal range you won't see much of a difference if any between say 500 and 700ng/dL.
youtube.com/watch?v=rxwXIgnmAOI
if your endo is downplaying your low test levels then I'm guessing you're a young guy who doesn't have kids yet.
if you start trt (prescribed or self-medicated) you are dependent on it and need to pin or use a cream every day probably for the rest of your life and potentialy it can fuck up your fertility.
think about whether you want that or maybe try to get a healthier lifestyle with minimal stress first.

Thanks for the information, user. I'm suffering from severe fatigue, a nonexistent sex drive, and constant brain fog. I haven't gotten an erection in months. You're right that I'm young, I'm 22 and childless (likely to remain that way unless these symptoms don't let up). I'll do a bit more research before committing to anything.

Idgi

it's always wise to do your research first.
when I was severely vitamin D deficient (7.5 with the reference range from 30-70ng/ml) I also was very fatigued and had constant brain fog.
and you can't really expect your libido to be perfect when you're feeling tired and beat up all the time.
so that might also be worth considering.
trust me, I do get that sometimes you just want to shit on the doc but the reason they're cautious with trt and young guys is that it has side effects that sometimes just aren't worth it.
gl user.

My diet and exercise routine have both been steady and good for the past two years. I supplement fish oil, vitamin D, and a multi just to make sure I hit all my bases. Neither my endo nor my PCP found anything abnormal with me besides my low T, so I'm at a loss as to what to do. Will be sure to read up before making any decisions.

Extra Virgin Coconut oil - 2-3 tbsp 2-3x per day. It's a healthy source of cholesterol your body can use to produce testosterone. I found that it improved my sex drive and the strength of my erections.

only other thing I can think of (besides sleep) is stress then.
that one seems to be the most common cause for low test in young guys.
best thing any doc ever told me is to keep in mind that stress comes in many different forms not just from work/school.
he told me every patient he suspects of being stressed answers that there's everything fine at work.
so he then proceeds to ask them about relationships, busy schedules in their private life etc. and all of a sudden people can think of a myriad of things that make their life hectic.

Self-prescribed and administered TRT was the best decision I ever made in life. I probably would have killed myself years ago had I not started. I was a 19 year old with a total of 500

how does it feel having the test levels of a child

above 700ng/dl is ok

Attached: 1504634217203.jpg (398x321, 30K)

This is what happens when you live a comfortable life. Through struggle and hardships men are forged. In a life of luxury you will always just be a boy.

I'm at the exact spot you are, same age, same levels

I'll do my first cycle next month, I'm already researching it
My endo said I'm normal, and even if I took all the vitamin D, aspartic acid and testo boosters in the world, it wouldn't raise my levels above 500, so I'm not losing anything staying natural

You should roid too

How many raw ONIONS are you eating a day, OP?

>mtf tranny
>had my t levels checked by my endo so I could start hormone therapy
>800+ ng/dl at age 24

Why are humans fated to misery at birth

Keep us up to date on progress and how you're feeling.

the real question is what to do about your kike doctor denying you TRT if you come up with anything less than 900 ng/dl. can you just go to other doctors until you get a prescription or what. i want to get tested but im afraid it'll be less than like 800, which would put me into a depressive stupor because i know i wouldnt be able to legally treat it.

>lack of surface area

spooky detected

I drink like three cups of milk(Whole) a day, am i fucked?

see:

It's the juice.

I keep seeing prior blaming the Jews for their low test but I haven't seen any analysis of why they would want to soyify civilization, how they are doing it, or concrete evidence for these extrodinary claims.

zinc and d3 work but only if you're deficient in those minerals. don't buy those "test booster 3000" bullshit though

>not understanding how ranges work and how testosterone alone doesn't tell you that much

Plants dont have cholesterol mom science fucktard. Dietary cholesterol is completely useless and does far more harm than good.

All bad things = jews

Ignoring the fact that we've been getting played by the eternal Anglo and our own people since Kennedy was killed.
They think getting fucked over by traitors and billionaires of our own race is any different than by jews i guess.

c-can i borrow some of your test?

I've been on testosterone blockers for over two years. My levels are like 20 ng/dl now

oh fugg. So much stuff that I have been doing that decreases my test. Please, senpai, tell me all other things that decreases test that I don’t know of

do you drink plastic bottle water or tap water?

Was it in the afternoon? Were you fasted? I also had a reading of like 323ng/dl but it was only because they took the blood around 5 or 6 pm and I ate some treats right before the test. Ordered another one, went around 10 in the morning fasted and it came back with 645ng/dl.

>they took the blood around 5 or 6 pm

Are your doctors retarded? You are always supposed to take it in the morning, preferably as early as possible (within reason). A 5-6 pm reading litally aint worth shit.

That's the problem. They weren't doctors, just an independent lab with a couple of nurses who're qualified to draw blood.

Yup, go to a different lab

i have been rubbing coconut oil on my dick 3 times a week , will this increase test ?

Attached: 1520011508409.png (595x584, 352K)

>tfw my T us higher than someone with 2 nuts
My total T was 350ng/dl 4 years later after I lost a nut to cancer. I was 800 ng/dl before.

TRT has me at > 900.
