Help me

How did he achieve these gains with meme excercises Jow Forums?

I've been following stronglifts 5x5 for like a year and I look like shit compared to this.

Hey that's me, you probably eat a shit diet or have dangerously low test.

What's your diet then?

post that bod, user

I have to do biceps and triceps twice a week for them to grow. Try it

mirin. time between the pics?

exactly 120 seconds bruv

Because he trains arms in isolation so he has nicer looking arms.

If you start doing curls and skullcrushers or something at the end of your workouts you too will have nicer looking arms.

Keto + Intermittent Fasting.

Basically eat alot of saturated & monounsaturated fats. Like taking a 50ml shot of oliveoil, cheese, mayonaisse, fatty meat, avocado.

I also eat lots of brocolli because it reduces estrogen.

Daily calories:
65% fat
30% protein
5% carbs

I'm in the middle of a cut atm, I basically gained all that muscle in about 4 months, only got this pic of my body.
I look pretty great under clothes, but I got some chub left which I'm losing rapidly, pic related was 8 days ago and I weighed in at 89kg this morning.

Lol yeah like 1 minute, just to showcase different perspectives/angles

You're not as consistent diet or lifting wise as you think. Plain and simple. Building muscle is stupid easy every sperg on this board needs to step back and stop worrying about "programs" and just go pick up some fucking weights every damn day. Working some elite perfect routine is shit for after you've already made it and get bored.

>I've been following stronglifts 5x5
You are aware of the fact that any strength program that is barbell only focused will never make you look good right?

Lets look at this for a second
>Bench: Zero upper chest activation, barely engages front delt, wont engage tri's if you are doing proper form as required under 5x5
>Squats: Hamstring only, barely any core work, some minor lower back work
>Deadlifts: Hamstrings again, some core, lower back
>OHP: Middle delt, barely any front delt, no rear delt
>Row: Mainly lats and lower back, barely any arm, rear delt or upper back

You need at fucking minimum some focused work on your arms (tri, bi and forearm), shoulders (front and rear), upper back, lats, incline bench work and calf not to mention some dedicated core work, even some god damn cable crunches would do more for your core than every BB compound combined.

>keto

complete meme.

The fucking meme here is that he isnt doing skullcrushers, cable pulldowns, ez curls and chin ups.

Those are literally the only arm exercises you need. Maybe throw in dips if you really want.

Lol sure thing champ, in 4 months I probably lost over 30kg of fat and gained 10kg of muscle. Check the pic.

>OHP
>barely any front delt
>literally a front raise with bent elbows when done with barbell

I agree with the theme of your post but you got some real bullshit in there

Bench is actually tricep/front delt dominant if you bench like a powerlifter (arched). It's why powerlifters don't have relatively large chests for their size.

>Doing SL for a year
That's your problem

It doesnt not hit it, but thinking you can get cannonball arms without doing extra delt work is stupid.

what's an "autistic self-made pushup"?

Bench can be many things. You can use it for lower chest, front delt, or tricep depending on your back bend and arm position.

But the standard bench press form that is promoted in SS-likes is focused on lower chest activation.

Which means this meme of
>Just do SS! Your triceps will grow!
Bullshit is void.

Some people doesn't do well without direct hypertrophy work. Even Yuri fckin Belkin isn't that jacked when you think about it, even tho he got a 900+lbs deadlift and is pumpin on this sweet secret russian juice

yeah SL also has almost nothing for biceps

Anyway I do something similiar to SL, but I do pullups or dumbell rows insteadt of barbell rows because i feel them better - and I do some ez-bar curls skullcrushers supersets at the end and I think thats pretty good for a start

It's kinda a mix between a diamond pushup and a parallel pushup, I kinda make my own excersises/movements because I'm really good at feeling my muscles work and adjusting accordingly. mostly it's very weird looking but highly taxing on the triceps.

I only train my triceps with pushups and nothing else. Well maybe with benching because I bench with an arch but I never feel my triceps.

Cannonball arms aren't front delt. They're lateral and rear delts.

Most people do a lot of front training. OHP, flat/incline bench, lateral raises w/o strict form all hit front delts one way or another. Lateral delts are harder to hit (dumbbell shoulder press is the only one I can think of that isn't isolation) and rear delts you'll almost have to isolate with reverse flies or something if you want to see them grow.

Quote from some t-nation article: "Bodybuilders have front delts that are on average five times bigger than sedentary people. Their medial [lateral] delts are three times bigger, and their rear delts are only 10 to 15 percent bigger."

Jow Forums told me keto was a meme.& bad for your health.

Well, It's not.

me have thick arms and i just do bench and curls

>Squats: Hamstring only

nigger what?

>How did he achieve these gains with meme excercises Jow Forums?
Manlet

OP here, I'm 5'7".... I wish it were that easy.

Guy in pic is 5'10"

Nah mate more like 40kg fat loss and 20kg muscle gain, u look like the next jeff seid bro

Well it is. It is not optimal for cutting and it certainly absolute shit tier for gaining muscle

Those aren't really gains.

See how his arm is almost on the same plane as the camera?

If he really posed, you'd be like "lolol wut"

Squat deadlift bench row curl and tricep work on top of a caloric surplus is all you need

By moving closer to the camera.

It's GOAT for cutting

Sauce: Have done both keto and low-fat iifym. I prefer the latter so I can eat all my favorite foods like rice, fruits, etc. but the former helped me lose more weight. Roughly 12 lbs in 2 months

guy in pic here

the pic isn't supposed to be gains, just a showcase of my arms from different angles.

Maybe OP interpreted it as progress pics but that's not what they are.

Strength training is not aesthetics training. You do 5x5 to build a foundation of strength, then use that foundation to do hypertrophy exercises with lighter weights, slower tempo, longer sets and less rest between sets.

>be me
>learn about keto from Jow Forums
>go on keto
>incredible agony and pain in right side
>wtf, I thought this keto shit was safe
>go to doctors
>get tests done
>turns out I have gallstones
>was lucky to survive
Turns out with gallstones you are meant to eliminate fat from your diet, not increase it.
Thanks Jow Forums

Yeah most normal humans don't have gallstones which is why keto is a thing people do

what thread was this picture posted in again?

>Squats: hamstring only

WTF did I just read, your hamstring is barely used in the squat even if you do some Rippetoe garbage and even then its far more quads and lower back.
