The routine is trash. Even if you were juicing which is auto-grow, you be wasting the opportunity with this wack bullshit. No reason to EVER split more than three ways (PPL etc). I got a three way split and one full-body routine per week so I can hit everything at least twice weekly. Used to do a varied 3 way split ABC - DEF per week but I just don't have the time for that shit right now so I flipped to the 3 and one full body. Results are about as good as I can hope for dropping 6 days to 4. Fill out the other three weekdays with 2 cardio (usually bicycle outdoors) and one day of fukken rest.
