I always run at least 2 miles a day user, once when I wake up and once when I get home from work just to keep the body active.

how long do your jumprope session go for?
I can only go continuously for about 1min until my legs get tired and cant keep up with the rope. Did this to warm up yesterday

before i lifted i used to run at least a mile or 2 every day. Now i just do 10 to 15 minutes of a mildly intense level on the stairstepper to get my blood pumping before i lift. am i killing my gains?
