I just done assessment day for aus navy. It's pretty easy mate, in the psych they just rapid fire personal questions at you for about 5 mins. Stay calm, take your time with your answers and you'll be fine.
If you've made it to assessment day and have no prior injuries, you'll get a letter of offer on the spot
