I'm so tired, guys. I don't know how to keep going and I can't figure out why I'm so tired.
I havent had any illnesses. I'm not really drinking or partying. I'm sleeping at least 9-10 hours per night. I'm drinking water. Bloodwork is fine and weight is low-healthy range. I'm trying to stay active.
But now I can barely get out of bed before 10am, only to feel tired for the rest of the day. It's ruining my life!
help me Jow Forums wan kenobi, you're my only hope :(
I got bloodwork and everything was good. But I don't have a set diet plan, just very general macros that work out like 30/40/30. I'm not bulking or cutting.

that being said, today I had a big smoothie with 2 bananas, strawberries, and nut milk. then I had 2 cups of lentils and quinoa. Then I just had some mashed potatoes with caramelized onions and olive oil. later I'll probably have more of that with protein and vegetables.
Switch to oats, half a cup of fruits like 30 grams of fruit. Some protein like eggs.
Looks like you need low glycemic carbs, sweet potatoes, zucchini, broccoli. Spinach, black beans. Maybe some brown rice, or Ezekiel bread.
Stick to whole foods. Dont know how much of a seafood person you are. But eat salmon. Take your vitamins. You could be missing something that is poorly documented.
Eat more healthy fats, avocado, olive, Mct Oil, Omega. Take vitamin D.

Tell us about how you sleep?
Do you toss and turn? Wake up in the middle ofthe night?
Reasons asking is I have central sleep apnea. I didn't notice it until weight gain. Went to doctors. They put me on a sleep study. Turns out the part of my brain that tells me to breath stops functioning properly at night.
You could have sleep apnea

I've been a vegetarian since I was 12 (23 now) but I eat seitan, tofu (fine, am already woman), eggs, etc.
I'm a professional musician. I play live shows so the fatigue is definitely getting to me.
I sleep pretty well honestly, but thank you for bringing up something I never considered! I'm very grateful. Maybe I'll download an app that tracks my sleep.

Well then, I would have to say start drinking coffee, tea, or a caffeine pill to get you through the morning. Have some oats and Peanut butter powder. And some other form of pure protein.
Lunch stick with zucchini, and baked potatoes in moderation. Maybe a slice of Ezekiel bread. And again protein.
Dinner, I would suggest like a bean soup or rice and beans.
Water water water.
But I would suggest more fats. A hybrid of mediterranean diet. Coffee throughout the morning. Just take your vitamins and drink water, a gallon.
Sorry baby girl I don't know much about vegetarian diets and the ropes of it. But may I ask without any judgment why no meat?

I've been drinking coffee throughout the day but I'll keep doing that. Thanks for the specific advice to avoid crashing. I'll employ it for a few days to see if anything changes.
I don't eat meat for what are essentially half religious reasons (I don't wanna eat another living being) and half "ew" reasons (this used to be a muscle inside somebody else)

Maybe it's chronic fatigue syndrome

When I started to intake McT oil in my coffee I felt a different type of energy. Sounds weird but truth be told. Then I added the mct oil to my food and it gave me the same energy. But it was great. I drank my gallon of BCAAS. Took 2 vitamins . And kept my macros.
I paid a trainer, who trained others to compete in body building, for nutrition. He gave me my macros, my cardio plan and my work out plan.
When I was eating low carb, i felt like shit. But the macros he put me under my carb intake was 33g -66g of carbs and 20-40 grams of protein. I felt better, I recovered faster.
But when I worked out everyday, days after I felt so fatigued. Again because of my sleep apnea, still took my vitamins and healthy fats. My body was working overtime just to work out and recover.
I would also suggest some plant protein powder, peas, hemp, or brown rice protein. Or those whole food meal replacement.
With the coffee, switch to black, but I dont know how you like your coffee. Me I like mine strong and thick looking like an oil change. I got espresso. Its little but it packs the caffeine. 2 shots vs 1 cup of regular coffee.

What i also think it is, fibromyalgia. Look it up.
Or your diet consisted of high blood sugar spike to low blood sugar. Keep it leveled.
What i also think it may be is inflammation

Maybe get some electrolyte tablets to put in your water, like hydralyte. I use those or drink coffee before exercising and when I didn’t do either today I was more sluggish than usual.

Also post your daily activities. Your schedule. Wake up.

I'm going with this too. I always slept 6-8h and my brother 8-11, and I'm much more energetic. Turns out he has sleep apnea
