So ,Jow Forums, if you pick up two 50 lb dumbbells for incline, are you doing a 50 lb dumbbell press, or 100?

I would phrase it as a "dumbbell press with 50 lb dumbbells" to avoid confusion.

You have to subtract the weight of the handle. So it is 45lb press.

average (50*2)/2=100-50=50
so 50

but you are pressing a total of 100 pds, if you did this math for bench it would mean 2 pl8 is 90 pds
