same thing as everyone else, just with about 5x the effort

get more muscular (do more bbing work) it's the only way for us, just hammering bench alone will not get you there

a lot of back, arm, and chest hypertrophy work. Do bis and tris 3x a week, so lateral raises at least 2x a week, do flyes and focus on the stretch in your chest. Get your weighted pullup to +100lbs for reps. If you aren’t already on a split with dedicated upper body push/pull or hypertrophy says, get on it ASAP

Atleast dont do any barbell benching. I'm 5'10 with 6'3 wingspan and i kept straining my shoulders with fucking 1.5 pl8 bench with perfect form

haven’t made it yet but getting there. Get your lifts up, gain weight, and start doing bodybuilding work ASAP. Strength focus on the big lifts and get huge pumps doing arm and shoulder isolation

6'3 and my arms are long as fuck. I've had a lot of success with big pull excercises. Deadlift variations, pull ups, chin ups, farmers walks, rack pulls, bent rows, zercher lifts. I can't bench or OHP to save my fucking life though.

6'3 wit 6'7 arms span and my bench is my best lift lol. im up to 118kg for 5 reps

Lads my doctor has advised against me putting strain on my back, so I’m not allowed to squat or deadlift or else I’ll be having surgery.

How can I work my legs?

Unless you’ve literally lost a fucking vertebrae you probably need to ignore your doctor’s advice and train your back with things like squats and deadlifts. Rip did a podcast recently on how virtually all back pain in the untrained population not caused by accidents or severe developmental disorders are caused by muscle weakness.

I’m just fat and too skinny for my height. All my fat is in my lower back lmao. Gonna slowly bulk to 220-225 for the next 6 months

Started here, arms were super long so I didn’t think I could build them. Started doing 3xfailure chin ups before any day I did curls, dramatically improved progress because I could curl a 30lbs DB, but my actual biceps weren’t that strong and weren’t getting the full benefit of the workout because they weren’t engaged. Triceps same, pulldowns are a meme and you should always start on extensions
