yeah i know i have skinny knees and stupid high calf inserts, also tiny ankles. I can squat 315 for 3 reps and deadlift 405. i've been running a 6 wk strength program a couple times and my numbers are going up but my legs seem to stay the same. yes i eat a lot as well

you need to work lower legs/calfs - maybe tiptoes and shit with lots of weight one foot tips

Lunch; usually chicken/fish/beef with rice and broccoli or carrots
2 Dinners usually the same as lunch
also whole milk with each meal and protein shakes after lifting

My legs are like twigs but I can squat 225 with perfect form. I dunno what it is man but they just won't grow. I'm thinking about swapping out squats for leg press to see if that helps.
then try squatting 275 for a few with almost perfect form dude.

how many reps in each big lift? 3?
It's not nearly enough to guarantee someone has big legs just based on the number though, which is what the OP is all about.

Take the bike to work/school. My legs are like yours but i started biking three weeks ago and see good results. I ride 19 km a day.

Yeah a 3 rep max of 315 won't determine whether or not you have a lot of size.
Now a 8 rep max of 315 would be better determining factor.
