Your squats, your deadlifts, your overhead presses

Attached: IMG_2584.jpg (1200x630, 85K)

Trust me squatting this big ass brain of mine is greater then any squat you brainlets could ever hope to accomplish.

Memes aside here, if I don't squat, but I do deads, will my DL progress be slower?

deads are a shit exercise

Bruv that's not what I asked for

I somehow have amazing leg genetics; they absolutely blow up in size even with minimal squatting.

...but I just noticed the other day I have light stretch marks on by butt cheeks. There go my sthetics... kill me.

I hate squats though. Never feels right, despite the stance, technique or weights I use. Maybe I can try front squats, if any

How should i sync them together? One workout squats and other deads?

No, why?

This isn't me.

Serious question guys. I had been training martial arts for about 5 years and I suffered a chest tear in my left pectoral, and it reached all the way to my front delt on the same side. I was OHP'ing around 150 lbs. for 5x5. Now I can barely hit 120. How can I recover the weight without stressing this old injury? Has anyone else had this type of injury?

Also, bench has suffered greatly, too.

Bench: 365
Squat: 425
Dead: 545
OHP: 205 (seated, strict)

Currently running tren e and test. 6’6” at 255lbs probably around 12-13% bf

Your a big guy

Nice weight! You go girl!

Squat 505lb
Dead 545lb
OHP 185lb strict
Bench 285lb

BW 227lbs at about 17-18%
I should probably work pressing and arms, since those numbers and shit and they are little noodles compared to my legs.

Whats your deficit and how long have u been cutting?

I just can't do form properly. I need a PT but can't afford one. I basically injure my back every 3-4 months when my squats get to 185ish and I have to start all over

Checked

no, squats do have some carryover to deadlift but they also stress your lower back

without squatting, you will be able to handle more deadlift volume, which means you will make better deadlift progress
try front squats and see if you like them

organization can be something like squat heavy + DL accessories one day, deadlift heavy + squat accessories the other

185kg
idk i dont deadlift
95 or 100kg don't remember

squat 112.5 kg
DL 112.5 kg
bench 72.5 kg
OHP 50 kg

all for 5 @ 74 kg for 5 months
>tfw lifts dont increase quickly anymore
