I did a brosplit for 6-8 months and was the strongest in my life.
One main lift a day with accessories centered around the muscle groups it hits. 4x a week. 1 break day between.
It's great. It's perfect for beginners who are actually serious. It's more balanced than SS. It wont burn you out like PPL does. It wont overwork you like a full body routine. It gives plenty of rest for all your muscles, especially for a starter.
It's also fun. Brosplits are the BEST.

They largely remain undetected in a lot of the population until the person has a heart attack and drops dead. Even happens to college athletes, had a case study at med school where a track an experienced college field athlete had finished up his training session, then went to the food hall and then dropped dead mid-meal. They can only be fixed with medication/surgery.
