Some people store fat differently than others, instead of getting a beer gut or love handles they get moobs and otherwise appear thin. That's not really a disadvantage, it just means they have excess weight they can lose. Its like a dude with a beer gut complaining about having thin arms and legs, so they decide they must actually be thin. You tell those people "No that gut isn't some unnatural abnormality, you aren't gunna do situps until you're thin, and surgically removing it isn't going to help."

You've very clearly got some excess weight, try cutting down 10 to 20lb.

I have gyno too but nobody has ever mentioned it. probably cause I'm 6'2", 210 pounds at 10% bodyfat. Nobody notices puffy nips dude, don't worry.

that's nothing to worry about esp if your nipples always look like that. cut down and work ur chest.
if ur not satisfied after that then maybe look in to surgery, but i doubt you'll have to.
