Most people refer to the 25lb one when they say 1 pl8.

60kg

135 lbs.

45 lbs = bar
45 lbs = one 45 lb plate
45 lbs = one 45 lb plate

45 + 45 + 45 = 135

135.

God this place is toxic

135lbs. I hope that's where you started on your OHP day 1. That's why you were asking right user? That 1/2/3/4 thing is beginner standards set by Mark Rippetoe to help you know where to start in the gym your first day.

>2018
>still using lbs

>25lb

If you're genuinely wondering and cba sifting through troll answers:

1 plate is an Olympic bar weighing 20kg or 45lbs + one 20kg or 45lb plate on either side. This means that burger and yuro 1 plate is different but I think the plate notation is an American thing since as far as I'm aware their plates typically don't go beyond 45lbs whereas the largest yuro plates are usually 25kg.

> 20kg bar
> 2 × 20kg plate

60kg

No one does.

1 PL8 is 90Lbs.

65 kg

135lbs or 60kg

No, 1pl8 is 135 lbs

No one refers to 25lbs when they say 1 plate and if they do they should just kill themselves. 1 plate = 45lbs or 20kg

and 1 plate on each side of the bar is 135lbs or 60kg

Usually between 30-40 bucks depending on store

a steak, some rice and some stir-fried vegetables

>counting the bar

>counting the plates
