I was suggesting an option with good anecdotal evidence/multiple testimonials which i backed up with sources. Trial and error is how you find the best option for you

Knowing multiple people with sleep apnea and having the anecdotal evidence of people dropping a weight class or two on the advice of drs and still having to be given a CPAP because its made fuck all difference doesnt really make me want to try and lose weight. On top of that, the big hit my lifts would take and becoming even further away from my goals and optimal weightclass for my height would no doubt leave me in a position where i lose interest in lifting

I dont spout crap for no reason or with nothing to back it up, my detractors on here may want to try the same once in a while

for some reasons today I was sluggish and sleepy during my workout, and no bugenhagen video could pump me up.
I started SS monday and I did increase by 5kg (~11lbs) every day, monday was okish, wednesday was hard, but I didnt lost my form, today it was horrible, I did lose my depth, and I have a legere pain in my lower back, I was squatting 70kg (154lbs)
Im 6' 176 lbs (80kg 1m83) and eat 3k cals.
the question is simple: am I jumping to hard on my squat?
I was feeeling sleepy (probably due to my preworkout meal which was heavy, spend all day on sun etc) but can this affect so much my performance
