you need to increase your calorie count as you keep gaining weight SS is great beginner program should keep going until you reach 1/2/3/4 or whatever wall you run into before that
yes because you're weak as fuck. You don't need to complicate things so much by aiming for +500kcal, just eat enough to keep the weight gain steady and bulk.

what is your actual calories that you need to maintain your current weight? eat 500 more or eventually you will get fat. If you are stalling and making no gains for 4 weeks its time to change shit up and move to a split with more volume/reps and less weight. This shit is pretty simple if you just lurk a bit.
