Eating 3,700 Calories a day

Stalling on everything other than dead lift which is under trained because it took me so long to get the form down. Is it worth continuing SS on a 500 calorie surplus? I want lean mussel mass not bloatmaxx. Is it time to switch to PHUL?

If you are stalling and making no gains for 4 weeks its time to change shit up and move to a split with more volume/reps and less weight. This shit is pretty simple if you just lurk a bit.
