Thats alot of weight in a short amount of time user, howd you do it? I've hit a snag in my workout and diet , I was 220 and down to 198 but cant seem to go down for the past 2 weeks.

I cut all refined sugars and carbs and started walking to work (roughly 12km both ways, took an hour each way). I tried a one week water fast, but didn't lose more weight than just doing a normal eating/workout schedule. Some weeks I didn't lose weight, but I just kept at it and kept disciplined and it eventually started falling again. We're all going to make it user

This thread seems relevant to me. I’m unbelievably uneducated in aspects of the body but my goal to change started 2 years ago @ 144kg (183cm height). I’m currently at 79kg as the scales said yesterday however for the last few months I’ve been floating between 78-81kgs. Curious how you guys who go through drastic changes deal with the excess skin and stretch marks? I’m not trying to be the bulkiest dude but I do enjoy being fit and would love to have this skin sit better on me.
I have been told building muscle would help it sit better but I feel like that’d have to be a lot of muscle and I still have more fat to get rid of.
Just rather disappointed, I think I look passable with clothing on but my body image hasn’t improved since it’s still hideous. Hoping to receive tips.

But just saying you can be carrying like 3lbs - 5lbs in shit in your gut and like up to 10lbs in water weight. So you can fluctuate by like 5lbs to 8lbs every week just depending on your bm schedule and how much salt you been taking in for the week.
