Titan isnt much cheaper, I used titan before and it holds my wrists no problem. I used cheap wrist wraps before and they were soft as fuck, opened from time to time. My wrists are begging me to buy some good wraps

Personal preference is Metal Silvers for a stiff wrap, or Black's for a softer stretchy wrap. They are (or were) the best quality wraps at a lower price than the other big IPF approved brands.
Slingshot you're paying a premium for Mark Bells ego, Titan's velcro is shit, SBD you're paying for the brand etc.

Depends what kind of wrap you want. Blacks are softest I think, then Orange, then Silver which are pretty stiff.
from good wrist wraps I used only titan thp and they were p comfy to me used both short and long ones so I have no good idea what stiff or soft wrist wrap is. Soft for me is shitty one no name or crossfit one for 10 euro

If you got the money to waste, sure. If you know you won't quit when you stall at 2pl8, why not. Lifting shoes just give you more stability and ankle flexibility. I recommend this program ones you squat 2pl8's.

If you can squat to depth/with decent technique then you don't really need them. That being said, I still prefer WL shoes because it feels more comfy to squat and bench in them. Get some cheap Do-Win's or Powerperfects, when they go on sale, if you decide in getting a pair.

I've got the Powerperfects and they feel great even with over 5pl. Isley and Wierzbicki squat in them so I think you'll be fine for a while. The only thing I don't like about them is that they get dirty easily.

Struggling to deal with sessions where the strength just isn't there lads. I've been doing long hours of hard digging at work (6 foot deep trenches through solid clay and training after a good week of that is just awful. Missed a 130kg front squat and couldn't eve push press 100kg for a single (was going to do 3x5 today). It's really getting me down

Adding dips is a good way to keep making progress after a stall. You can add some back, shoulder, abs or arm work in the meanwhile.
Don't add dips, they can be too taxing for the SS frequency and won't really do anything that can't be had with isolation stuff at this point. Flys, tricep pushdowns, skull crushers.
It's easier to stall on SS due to too much volume than due to too little volume imo.

3x5 works for a long time. Adding two sets after stalling twice just going to make it 5x5. Novices can start with 5x5 without any problem. Adding sets decrease intensity, but volume is still the best tool for progress.
