Is it possible to raise T levels without medication? I don't want to fuck up my liver just for the gains.

All sorts of supps and vitamins will help minorly. check examine.com for what works. otherwise protien, lifting, chatting up women. If all else fails meds wont hurt your liver you retard.
Generally getting in your micronutrients, (vitamins. A, the B stuff, C, D, potassium, iron, etc), but especially magnesium and zinc for guys.
Hahaha soĆ½boy
Eatingigh fat/cholesterol and compound lifts will raise your testosterone as well as well as cutting out any drugs/alcohol from your system, including caffeine. There are various herbs and natural supplements that can raise test, check out a guy on youtube called Nether Beast who talks about what herbal supplements to take.

Wat. Taking testosterone won't affect your liver in any way lmao you moron.
You summoned me...
Oh
Seems like my work is done.
cocoa does not increase test, it's a myostatin inhibitor
in fact, cocoa reduces test (~13% in the one study i saw), but the myostatin inhibition is very likely much more than worth that loss in regards to muscle gain
Fix micro- and macronutrient intake, sleep more/better, train better, eliminate stress from your life. Do that at least 6 months and if no improvement is seen it probably won't work.
Is everything else listed accurate?
never seen research on long jack, but seen studies on pomengranate increasing serum test by up to 25%
oh and to add, i recommend trying out blueberries as well
Pomegranate juice everyday
How much pomegranate concentrate should I take?
Dosages and results are accurate.
I had 2 cap fills of double concentrate Holland and Barrett juice.
Or replace one cap with one fruit if possible.
By medication I'm guessing you mean TRT in which case if you don't take it orally it won't affect your liver in anyway as it won't go through the liver before the bloodstream.
If you still don't want to take TRT, then the best way to increase T is: Heavy exercise, Sleeping schedule to follow that provides 7-9 hours of sleep, High protein diet (preferably meat based), Ashwaganda, Zinc, Magnesium, Vitamin D3, Alleviating stress from your life, Bettering yourself in every way allowing for a more positive self-image, Increased positive social interaction (Especially with strangers and females; just don't be a creep), etc.
B A S E D BOY
Exercise, sleep and a balanced diet are your best bet. Taking dumb supplements or eating a ton of a specific food will not do anything.
Wait, so lifting weights for 3 months gives you an 8% test boost but 16 hours of fasting raises T by 180%?
