I only isolate tris and bis once a week for 4 sets if that. Hard for arms to not grow when you're doing pullups with 50 kgs on a belt and pressing close to bodyweight.

I had to concede to a bulk to get more muscle than this (3 months into bulk now). If you're natty and don't put up with a little fat for a bulk then you'll never get bigger and probably start going backwards physique wise
For the first month or so you might look fatter but then you either start putting on more muscle or the body burns more and you put on less fat, or both
