I kept my DL low in order to keep a good form, shall I jump higher on the DL to surpass my squats?
Also, Does the DL help for squats?

you should divide the variation by 5 and the memes by 50

It's been established that natties can handle more volume. However, it's best to keep the volume as low as possible as long you make gains. If you can progress with 3000kg volume/week, you shouldn't try and go for 5000kg/week for the hell of it.

How do I dead lift without monging my back?
Here's what I do now
>stand with shins about 1 inch from the bar (midfoot)
>feet about jumping distance apart
>I then bend over without lowering my hips and grab the bar while hinging my hips backwards
>then I move my shins to touch the bar and lift my chest up
>then I lift the bar off the ground with my quads

But my lower back rounds and I really mong the bar. I'm guessing I'm bracing wrong, but when I use a belt I still round so I don't know
