How do I fix my mental health? I will be seeing a psychiatrist this summer, but what can I do on my own? Not diagnosed but I may have schizoid/schizotypal personality disorder, definitely major depressive disorder (for about 5 years now,) and some meme shit that everyone has like anxiety.

I think I will force myself to go to the pool even though I feel like everyone is aggressively staring at me even when they're not looking, for one. At least it'll help my avoidance?
