It's all a scam. If you live where you don't get enough sun during the winter you can take D3 vitamins. Everything else is unnecessary because you can get it in a well balanced diet.

I researched a lot, Jeff Nippard has a video on test and PictureFit a video on multivitamins, in which the latter concluded they are a scam and it's best to take vitamins individually at high enough doses and only if you have a deficiency (they are sciency guys, really professionals check them out)
