I lost 30kg during 9 months and my "diet" was 1500kcal in the last 2 months of it. And i am lanklet 190cm.

The only stuff which made me feel less hungry for ~2 hours was extremly fatty foods like bacon, cheese and eggs. Still sometimes i would feel hunger 5 minutes after i finished food. I suggest you to limit count of meals to two. Skip breakfast, go to work, have normal meal with coworkers and then finish daily limit before you go sleep. Skip bread. If everything fails, binge eat ham, eggs or anything which doesnt contain sugar. Sugar is your enemy. It only makes you feel more hunger. Go for meat instead.

1800 is fucking nothing if you are truly getting moderate exercise. My daily intake as a 6'3 dude in a mostly sedentary lifestyle is under 1400 a day. You can do it, my best method was a 16/8 feeding window.

learn to love many different types of fruits and dont buy anything with processed suger

buy different types of spices to make healthy food palatable

and also long as you are above 4'5 you'll be fuckable

I haven't noticed much loss of muscle mass yet, still hard into skinnyfat mode but today I noticed my love handles and belly are much smaller, so that's progress.

I was 5'10 170lbs doing manual labor, lifting 5 days a week, and doing an hour of cardio every day and I was at about a 500 calorie deficit eating ~2500 calories per day

Even girls who lift usually max out at 1500 tdee.
